The location was perfect, close to the city center and within walking distance of the train station. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room amenities were top-notch. We loved the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities in our room. The sitting area was comfortable and the rollaway beds were a great option for our family. We also enjoyed the garden furniture outside the hotel. The television had HBO available, which was a nice treat. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.
That the staff could have been more service-minded.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is tasty and varied, with attentive staff serving in animal costumes for children. Parking is available nearby the hotel, and the price was affordable.
The hotel has a bland office-block feel and an unimposing entrance.

The hotel was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The rooms were clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. The location of the hotel was great, just a few blocks from the main shopping street and there was also a park nearby, perfect for walking around. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of food and drinks.
Although the hotel was nice overall, the lack of proper heating made it uncomfortable during the cold winter nights, even with the extra blankets provided. the noise from the street outside was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep.

The location of this hotel was really great, as it was very close to many attractions in the city. I appreciated the comfort of the beds and the fact that the rooms were very clean. Another positive aspect was the delicious breakfast that was offered every morning, with a variety of options that would cater to any taste.
I had a few negative experiences during my stay. the bathroom was quite outdated and could use some renovation.
